CNC Lathes
Precision offers multiple Hyundai CNC lathes to produce the highest quality parts from our ISO-9001:2008 certified process. PPI has been making custom CNC and conventionally machined parts since 1993 in our state of the art machine shop in Tunnel Hill, GA. PPI has a fully trained staff of machinists and engineers that are able to design and make new parts, or reverse engineer your existing parts.
With our mix of both conventional and CNC turning machines we are able to handle order sizes from a single part, up to production sized runs of hundreds or even thousands of parts as needed to meet you requirements. We also run flexible work schedules to ensure we are able to meet your production or breakdown schedule requirements. Our business is keeping your machines up and running and we understand production schedules don’t allow time to wait on deliveries. You can count on PPI for reliable and local service for your precision parts needs.
PPI has a maximum machine capacity of 20” diameter and up to 37" between centers on our CNC lathes. We also offer conventional lathes with much larger capacities as well.

Machine Capacities
Precision offers a variety of lathes with capacities from 17” diameter maximum up to 20” diameter machines and length maximums of 24” up to 37”. Our CNC lathes are capable of holding tolerances down to +/- .0003".
Engineering
PPI also offers a full staff of engineers capable of reverse engineering your parts and creating our own tolerance drawings, or we can use your supplied drawings and produce parts to them.
R&D and small runs
